Cola Verses Fruit Juice


Diabetic logistic advice that a diabetic patient never drink fruit juice, they must to eat full fruits to avoid increment of diabetic in their body.Because the 250 ml fruit juice contains sugar 27 gram, calories 120 Kcal, and carbohydrates is available 29 grams. And in Cola 100 calories , 28gram sugar, and 28 gram carbohydrates. but people think that cola is more worst than fruit juice.and we settled many times for fruit juice instead of fizzy cola for health reason.but carbohydrates , sugar and calories are same having same amount in both.
Indian Council of medical Research searched that 62 million people are all over India is suffering from diabetic problem and 77 million were pre -diabetic problem and all calories sugar carbohydrates are harmful for such type of patient so We must eat whole fruits rather than take juice.
